How We Help Our Community

Customers in the Charlevoix, MI area already know that Jim Riehl’s Friendly Ford is here to help with your vehicle needs. Whether it be financing for drivers with uneven credit reports or low-cost service options for emergencies, we’re here for you. Our dealership also proudly supports local interests like schools, festivals, and non-profit foundations aimed to assist Charlevoix residents.

How It Works

We coordinate directly with charities and non-profits to promote local causes, but we’re also giving back when you come in for a vehicle. For every car we sell, we’ll donate $100 to a non-profit organization in the Charlevoix area. You’ll know that you’re directly assisting a local program to improve life in your neighborhood when you shop with us.

Who We’re Working With

Jim Riehl’s Friendly Ford works with several non-profits local to the Charlevoix community; the charity will change every month. For March 2026, we’re working with the Charlevoix Area Humane Society, a no-kill animal shelter that facilitates shelter, food, care, and adoption services for animals. We’ll send $100 for every car we sell in March to this shelter.
