Automotive Career Exploration

What is the Ford ACE Program?
New Ford Tech | ACE (Automotive Career Exploration) is a program designed to help students explore automotive careers, ensuring they enter an industry they love. The program is a partnership between Ford Motor Company, Ford/Lincoln dealerships, and automotive technology educational institutions.

Students have access to an online portal that allows them to take courses on various topics, including New Model Training, Electrical Systems Engineering, History of Ford Motor Company, and Steering & Suspension. These courses are the same curriculum that certified Ford/ Lincoln technicians receive.

Courses are continually updated to stay up-to-date with new technologies and new vehicle releases, and students participate in nationwide challenges to encourage learning and engagement with Ford.
